Our dedicated boarding staff is here to ensure your dog feels comfortable and secure during their stay. Trained to handle dogs with various temperaments, we provide personalized care tailored to your pup's individual needs, making them feel right at home. Recognizing that every dog has unique requirements, we develop programs designed to cater to their preferences. Whether it's lounging in the yard, enjoying personal time with our staff, or getting plenty of exercise, we strive to provide the best experience possible at The Doggy Den.

Your pups safety never clocks out! Our staff is on premises morning, afternoon and during the night, making sure every dog in our care is safe, comfortable, and cared for around the clock.

Pricing

*We offer a $5/night discount if payment is made by Zelle, Cash or Check.

All pricing includes daycare play. For multiple dog discount, your dogs must be from the same household and be a able to sleep and eat together.

Doggy Den Kennel

Large Suite

Approx. 25x22 room w/ 2 twin beds and 1 queen bed toys and TV

$135/Night 1st dog, $125 for each additional dog.

Deluxe Suite

Aprox. 35x24 room w/ 1 twin bed and 2 queen beds. Each room

has a tv for entertainment and a variety of dog toys.

- If your dog does not meet our playing requirements, or shows any

signs of aggression, mounting, or unwanted behavior, during the

evaluation or anytime during their stay, there will be an extra

$30 per night to be put in their own yard with a staff member.

If you request your dog to be in its own yard it is an

extra $30 charge per day.

We offer personalized pup walks to keep your dog active, happy

and healthy - just $20 per walk.

Nightime Walks

If your pup needs an extra nighttime potty break, we offer walks

during the night for $20 per walk

Kong Rentals:

$12/per night - let your dog enjoy a peanut butter filled Kong

during their stay.

Pup-Cup:

$5 per cup-whipped cream filled cup with a biscuit

Bully Stick-$5 each

Brain Games -$15 Each Game

A fun and stimulating option that provides exercise for their mind and a great way to challenge their problem solving skills

Required Bath Fee:

For any stays 2 nights or more during non-holidays, and 3 nights or more during holiday peak times, a bath fee will be added to their stay to ensure your pup goes home fresh and clean from their vacation at The Doggy Den. We will inform you if we are unable to bathe your dog for any reason.

Medication Policy

- All medications must be in their original prescription or manufacture-labeled container.

- Do not mix medications or supplements into your dog's food.

- Do Not pre-fill pill pockets with medications. Medications and pill pockets must be packed separately.

-Do not send only the exact number of doses needed for your dog's stay. Travel plans can change, so please send all medications in their original bottle with an adequate supply in case your dog's stay is extended.

-At check-in, please let our staff know if your dog has already received any medications that day, including the time they were given.

Same-day Booking Fee/Walk-In Fee

To help us prepare for your pup's stay and ensure we provide the best care, all boarding reservations made the same day, or if you walk in without a reservation to board, are subject to a $50 same day booking fee. We encourage booking in advance whenever possible to avoid additional charges and to guarantee availability.

-For same-day or last-minute bookings made on the day of drop-off, the FULL cost of the stay is due at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The standard two-night deposit does not apply to same-day bookings.

APPROXIMATE BOARDING SCHEDULE FOR ALL DOGS THAT INCLUDES:

6:30 AM Wake up time. Dogs are put into their play groups for the first round of play and those requesting breakfast are fed breakfast.
9:30 AM-11:30 AM Dogs rest and are given time to eat their meals and digest their food properly.
11:30 AM-4:00 PM Dogs go back outside in their play groups for playtime. High energy dogs get to actively play while senior dogs get to rest outside or inside in the yards and enjoy the yard.
4:00 PM-5:00 PM- Dogs requesting additional meals are brought back in to eat and digest their food, then let out to play again.
7:00 PM Dogs are brought back inside and put into their Doggy Den or Suite for the Night. Medication is administered to those who require it.
OVER NIGHT SAFETY & POTTY BREAK POLICY- STAFF MEMBERS ARE ON SITE 24/7

- For the safety of all dogs in our care, all dogs must remain indoors after closing due to wildlife activity in the surrounding area. Keeping our guests safely inside overnight helps protect them and allows our team to maintain security. If your dog requires an additional potty break after closing, you may add a "Nightime Walk" to their stay. A staff member will personally take your dog outside on leash for a safe, supervised potty break before returning them indoors.

- Nightime Walks are available as an optional add-on and must be requested in advance. Your dog's safety is always our priority.

Basic Requirements

Vaccines and Flea/Tick Treatment

All shots must be up to date for when you board or plan to do daycare. If your pups shots are not up to date before their boarded stay, your deposit will not be refunded or credited. We will turn away daycare upon arrival if your shots are not up to date. This is for the safety of all pups in our facility.
Vaccinations must be current in order to attend our facility. We require proof of Distemper/Parvo, Rabies, and Bordetella. BORDETELLA IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED EVERY 6 MONTHS. K-9 Influenza is also highly recommended. We require flea and tick treatment for all dogs coming into the facility.
What to Bring For Boarding
Please bring your dog's regular pet food. Pack their food by meal, in a zip lock bag, as we do not give back food nor the bag. If food is not provided then there is a $7 charge per day for dry food and $10 a day for wet food to be provided. WE have a fridge and freezer for any fresh food.
DO NOT bring food bowls, toys, beds, or blankets. We provide items they need to feel comfortable. We do not take any items due to sanitary reasons.
If your dog needs any medication, DO NOT put medication in the food. Medication needs to be in the original prescribed bottle or in a package with a copy of the label. If your dog requires more than 2 medications, or on insulin it will be $15 per extra medication. Any Special medical needs, please call us to discuss these extra services and what the charge may be.

Holiday Hours:
NO PICK UPs OR DROP OFFs ON THE FOLLOWING HOLIDAYS:
New Year's Day, Easter Day, 4TH of July, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day
We Close Early For Drop Offs And Pick Ups @ 3 PM On:
New Year's Eve (December 31st) , July 3rd, Thanksgiving Eve, Christmas Eve (December 24th)

New Clients/Existing Clients Booking
New clients may wish to complete at least a 10 minute evaluation prior to boarding overnight with us so that we may assure that your dog is not aggressive towards staff members. If you wish for your dog to play with other dogs, we also need this time to evaluate their sociability with dogs. If you chose not to do an evaluation and your dog shows aggression towards our staff then you will be required to pick up your dog.
Returning Clients have to book online. We do not take over the phone reservations. Click 'Existing Client Reservation' to book your pups dates.
Boarding can be stressful on dogs, especially older dogs. For this reason we are not able to accept new dogs over 10 years of age for boarding.

Cancellations:

-We take a 2 night (1 night if only staying 1 night) payment upon booking your dog's stay since we only take a limited amount of dogs each night and we turn other clients away based upon your reservation.

- If you email and cancel your reservation at least 72 hours before your scheduled stay, you will receive the amount already paid in credit towards future stays, provided your reservation does not include the dates listed below. You have 60 days to use the credits given from your cancellation. If at least 72 hours notice of cancellation is not given, then no credit will be issued.

No Refunds:

- No refunds for dogs picked up early.

- Any reservations made over the following dates are completely NON-REFUNDABLE, We Take a 2 Night DEPOSIT and cancellations between these dates will NOT receive credit for future stays: February 11th-February 23rd, March 14th-April 14th, May 17-May 31st, June 15th-July 25th, August 30-September 6, November 15-January 5th. Boarding Credits from a previously cancelled reservation cannot be used during Holiday stays.

-No Boarding Credits from previous cancellations, can be used during these Holiday peak seasons.
