

Rules For Boarding/Daycare
​
Evaluation:
We require all new dogs to complete a free 10 minute evaluation before boarding/daycare with us so that we may be able to evaluate their temperament towards people and dogs. Please complete the New Client Reservation form and select "Evaluation" and fill out the entire form. We do not accept walk-ins for evaluations.

Pick Up From Overnight Boarding Stay: Mon - Fridays: 10:00 AM - 6:45 PM & Saturday-Sunday: 10:00 AM - 5:45PM
-Daycare ONLY: Mon - Friday: 7:00 AM - 6:45 PM & Saturday-Sunday: 8:00 AM - 5:4PM
- We close sharply Mon-Fri at 6:45 PM and sharply on Sat-Sun at 5:45 PM. WE CANNOT MAKE ANY EXCEPTIONS AND YOUR DOG WILL BE BOARDED OVERNIGHT DUE TO SAFETY AND LABOR LAW REASONS. You will be charged an extra night and food if you are unable to pick up before we close.

-Morning pick up starts at 10 am and Afternoon pick up starts at 12:00 pm If you pick up before 10 am you will be charged a $62 early pick up fee. No exceptions. If your pups bath isn't done you will get no refund or credit towards the bath if you pick up before the time given to pick up. Drop off before 8 am for boarding Monday-Friday will be charged an early drop-off fee of $62.

Holiday Hours:
NO PICK UP OR DROP OFFs ON THE FOLLOWING HOLIDAYS:
New Year's Day, Easter Day, 4TH of July, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day​
We Close Early For Drop Off And Pick Up at 3 PM On:
New Year's Eve (December 31st) , July 3rd, Thanksgiving Eve, Christmas Eve (December 24th)

Boarding:
- For any stays 2 nights or more on non-holidays and 3 nights or more on holidays, a bath fee starting at $27 for small dogs and $37 for large dogs and will be added to your dog's stay and cannot be waived, to ensure your pup goes home fresh and clean from its vacation at The Doggy Den.

-If you drop off your pup on a day later than when you originally booked you will still be required to pay for the previous days you originally booked. If you overstay your original reservation on the holidays listed above, without prior approval, a $105 fee per night per dog will be added because we plan our capacity based upon reservations.
​
-If your dog is not neutered past 6 months, or you request for your dog not to play in group play there will be an additional charge per night. If your dog does not meet our playing requirements, or shows any signs of aggression, mounting, or unwanted behavior, during the evaluation or anytime during their stay, there will be an extra charge per night to be put in their own yard with a staff member.

-If you book for daycare, but your pup ends up staying the night, you are required to pay the overnight fee in addition to the daycare fee.​
​
-All of the following Holidays require a minimum 2 night stay for a kennel and 3 night stay for a Suite: Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years.
​
-We do not take new clients for daycare during the week of major Holidays, which are:
4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years. Please contact us to book daycare during holiday peak seasons, if you are a new client.
​
Photos and Updates:
-All photos of the pups are uploaded to our Instagram account. Any additional requests for photos will be a $22 fee per day/set of photos.​ You may call or email to check in on your dog anytime during their stay.
​
Required Bath Fees:
We require a bath fee to be added on for any stay 2 nights or more on non-holidays and 3 nights or more on holidays to ensure your dog goes home clean. let us know when you are picking up whether it will be morning or afternoon to ensure your bath is done. If you pick up before your designated time, your bath will not be done and there will be no refund or credit.

Vaccinations:
All shots must be up to date for when you board or plan to do daycare. If your pups shots are not up to date before their boarded stay, your deposit will not be refunded or credited. We will turn away daycare and boarding upon arrival if your shots are not up to date. This is for the safety of all pups in our facility. We do require you to resend your pups shots if you have not used us within 3 months.
​
-Vaccinations must be current in order to attend our facility. We require proof of Distemper/Parvo, Rabies, and Bordetella. BORDETELLA IS RECOMMENDED EVERY 6 MONTHS. K-9 Influenza is also highly recommended. We do not accept shots done at home. All shots must be from a licensed veterinarian.

-Flea and Tick treatment is required every 4 weeks. If the due date falls within your dog's stay, please bring a pill so we can administer it to your dog during their stay. Please show proof of flea medication from the vet with your shots. If your dog has fleas while here, you will be charged $100 and your dog will be secluded from other dogs for safety.
​
Food/Belongings:
-Please bring all required medication, in its original bottle or in a package with the proper instructions. Do not put any medication in the food.
-Please bring just enough for your pup’s stay as we do not give food back due to strict safety laws. Even if you pack extra food it will not be given back. There is a $7 charge per meal if you do not provide food for your pup.

We do not take any items from home including bowls, scoopers, toys, beds etc. We provide everything here for your dog. We will not take items due to sanitary guidelines and if they are given to us we do have to throw them away.
​
Damages to Kennel Property:
-You are held liable for any damages your dog may do during its stay. Damage fee starts at $52 and go up depending on the cost of repair.
Visitation:
-For the safety of your dog, we do not allow Visitation while your dog is boarded here. We cannot ensure the safety of your dog once the dog is removed from our building.

Deposits and Cancellations:
-We take a 2 night (1 night if only staying 1 night) non-refundable deposit upon booking your dog's stay since we only take a limited amount of dogs each night and we turn other clients away based upon your reservation.
-If you cancel your reservation at least 72 hours before your scheduled stay, you will receive the amount already paid in credit towards a future overnight stay that is valid for 30 days from date of cancellation, provided your reservation does not include: March 14th-April 14th, May 17th-May31st, June 14th-July 14th, September 1st-September 6th, November 15th- January 5th. If your reservation is during a holiday and you cancel it there is no refund or credit.
-If you have a boarding package and cancel over a holiday, 2 nights will automatically be removed from your package.
- Deposits will not carry-over more than once to a future reservation.

​​-If you are paying your deposit by Zelle, you have 24 hours to send the payment or your card on file will be charged for the non-refundable deposit amount.
​
- No boarding credits can be used on Holiday boarded stays. If you received a cancellation credit for boarding, it cannot be used on a Holiday.
